Primary Flight Control, LLC (“Primary Flight”) owns and operates www.primaryflightcontrol.com (the “Website”). Primary Flight has established this Privacy Policy to describe how we collect, use, disclose and transfer the information you provide through the Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other communications that you may have with us outside of the Website, or information that we obtain from third parties. By accessing or using the Website, you are indicating your acknowledgment and acceptance of this Privacy Policy, which may be modified from time to time without notice to you. The Website is controlled, operated and administered by Primary Flight from its offices within the United States of America and this Privacy Policy is provided in accordance with and subject to applicable U.S. law. If you are based outside the United States and decide to access the Website from your location outside of the United States, you hereby agree to be subject to this Notice and waive all privacy-related rights in other jurisdictions that conflict with U.S. law or the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use on this Website.
